Availability and Capacity

Is the venue available on my desired date?

Availability at our venue changes frequently. We encourage you to call our office to check the most current availability.

What is the maximum capacity for guests?

Our saloon comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests. For larger events, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Does capacity change with different setups (e.g., seated vs. standing)?

Yes, for seated events, we can comfortably host between 120-175 guests. For standing or concert-style events, the space can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Cost and Payment

What does it cost to rent the venue, and what is included?

Are there any hidden costs?

Our all-inclusive packages cover all fees. If you opt for a custom package, additional fees will be specified. An outside vendor fee applies if you choose to use a service provider other than those offered by Jones Farm.

What is the payment schedule and what forms of payment are accepted?

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. Full payment is due no later than 90 days before the event. We accept all major payment forms, including credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, cash, and cashier's checks.

What is the cancellation policy and deposit requirement?

A cleaning and damage deposit is required when booking, which will be refunded if the venue is left in the same condition as found. Please note that all payments made are final and non-refundable.

Facilities, Amenities, Catering, and Alcohol

What amenities does the venue provide?

We provide tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, along with comprehensive audio-visual equipment and more. Additional details are available in our pricing sheets.

Are there any restrictions on decorations?

For safety and preservation, all candles must be flameless, and decorations may not be hung from ceilings or walls without prior approval.

Does the venue have a kitchen and can it accommodate catering needs?

Our state-of-the-art catering kitchen will be operational by June 2024. We offer onsite catering and also allow outside catering for an additional fee.

What are the alcohol service regulations?

All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed Jones Farm bartender. You can select from our bar packages or bring your own alcohol and opt for bottle service.

Is the venue accessible for guests with disabilities?

Yes, our venue is designed to be wheelchair friendly.

Are there nearby accommodations for overnight guests?

We offer onsite lodging options for your convenience.

Does the venue provide parking?

Parking is complimentary, with valet services available for an additional charge.

Event Duration and Timing

What is the rental period? Are there any noise restrictions or curfews?

The saloon is available from 8 AM to 11 PM. Please be mindful of local noise regulations as we strive to maintain good relationships with our neighbors.

Staffing and Coordination

Will the venue provide staff for the event?

Included in our all-inclusive packages, our staff will assist with setting up, managing waste, and teardown of your event.

Is there an on-site event coordinator?

We provide a day-of-event coordinator. For comprehensive planning services, please contact our office.

Insurance and Security

Is event insurance required?

We require all events to carry special event insurance, naming Jones Farm as an additional insured.

What security measures are in place?

Our property is monitored by security cameras, and private event security can be arranged upon request.

Plan B Options

What if bad weather affects my outdoor event?

Should inclement weather arise, we are fully prepared to help rearrange your event to an indoor setting, such as our saloon, ensuring a seamless transition.
